Re: SRX240 cooling fan speed

I'm a bit confused about fan speed.

I see the following:

 The temperature of Routong Engine is higher than 50 degree C.

As the treshold shows it is a Yellow alarm. So I get the alam into the syslog server.

On this temperature the fun speed must be high.

 But the funs are spinning at normal speed.

On this forum I saw many kind of speed from 5700 to 11500 rpm.

So, what is the normal and high spinning speed?

How the fan speed have controlled and what are the normal and high speeds?

Used  release: JUNOS Software Release [12.1X46-D35.1]
