You may want to run the commands that PulkitB mentions in his post.
Show system storage show system software backup
While you did get enough space to proceed by dumping all logs, there is likely other file storage on the SRX that is not automatically removed by the storage cleanup command. As you saw this only removes some files that are selected as the safest way to get more storage.
Running these commands will tell you where the files that are using unusual space are and help you find a permanent solution by removing them.
