i need help.
I've a customer with a srx220h and an internet connection via satellite of 6mps.
This customer have 5-6 vpn with branch office in an hub and spoke topology, this srx220h is the HUB node.
Everything worked normal since a few weeks ago when an architech decided to implement cloud soulution for branch officies and now the traffic is increased a lot but the connection is always 6mps symmetrich.
The problem is this: when the bandwitdt is saturated the branch officies can not work and ping transiting via vnp loses a lot of packet (20 to 30% in 1000 ping). And the bandwidth is quiete always saturated.
By an analysy of traffic i noted that there are a lot of http and https session, so i tried to close every http/s traffic for 10minute via policy and by this way the people could work...
So how can i implement a shaper or another instrument for decrease the http/s traffic towards internet?
i tried with a stateless policier who limited http/https session whit band limit at 3m but nothing match 
any help?
