What version of JUNOS are you using ?
Are you using 40 GE modules for your fabric links ?
We experienced this same issue we were running 12.1.X47 D10 the temporary work around was to convert the 40 GE to 10 GE fabric links using loaner card from Juniper.
The permanent fix is in 12.1.x47 D35 which was released in the begining of March 2016 and the DMI schema came out in the middle of March 2016.
