i have a customer with two sites.
On each Site there is a Broadband Internet Connection with a static IP Adresse.
Right now, both Sites are connected with BINTEC Routers.
The Company who installed and administer the BINTEC Devices did not exist any more.
We dont have any username/password.
So we are not able to take a look at the actual setup.
SETUP:
I have tried to analyze the setup. Each site has the same IP Network 10.85.74.0/24. There are no Routes configured on the Client. If i do a tracert, i will get directly an answer from the destination. For me it looks like a Layer 2 Connection. I am not sure if the BINTEC using L2TP or Proxy ARP or something else.
The Challenge for me is setup two SRX110 to be able to exchange it with the BINTEC Devices.
A classic Layer 3 IPSec VPN is no Problem for me. But there is some kind of layer 2.
Is there anyone who can explain what i should configure on my SRX110? What the BINTEC probably using for their connection?
