The config of both SRXs plus the topology will help us a lot. Something like:

Also please run of both SRXs:
> show security flow session protocol udp destination-port 500
> show security flow session protocol udp destination-port 4500
> show security ike security-associations
> show security ipsec security-associations
> show security ipsec inactive-tunnels
