I went to the config mode and issued the command you've mentioned, "show system services".
Yes, I'm able to see the configuration. So, I'm really stumped why this keeps happening.
The only way that I can get back or access the J-Web and access SSH is to forcefully shutdown the device.
Any ideas, how to solve this issue?
Or a firmware upgrade is necessary?
