This alarm is a minor alarm and it is common in routers when different RE models are installed in the chassis:

However, in your case both show as of same model.
Could you check if there is mismatch in the Junos version running on them?

You can connect directly to console and check.

If they are on different version try upgrading the secondary RE as described in below tech doc;
