Hello members.
I have a Juniper SRX100H at our place of business and recently I was asked to install Juno Pulse for some remote users. I successfully installed and connected to the SRX with Windows 7 Professional machines. We recently purchased a new laptop that has Windows 10 Professional, I took the machine home and proceeded to follow the exact steps as the previous Windows 7 Pro machines however it failed to negotiate a connection.
The method of installation is contacting the SRX itself through int's installer URL, in which it runs the client installation, Junp Pulse 4.0 but wehn it asks for authetication it simply just just tries adn tries to connect but never does.
My only guess is Juno Pulse 4.0 may not be compatible perhaps, have any members come across this issue whether it be Windows 7 or perhaps Windows 10 clients?
I should mention this is my first experience using the SRX so I'm not 100% as to discovering where logs may be to possibly comb thru where my PC tried to establish a VPN connection and what Phase its getting caught up on.
Thank you.
