Sub-interface with tagged VLAN in vSRX

It is possible to create tagged and untagged sub-interfaces simultaneously in vSRX?

Something like these:

ge-0/0/0 {
    unit 0 {
        family inet {
            address 192.168.2.100/24;
        }
    }

        }
