Hello,

To answer your query i would need the following information:-

1. What is the SRX model you are using.
2. What is the version running on your SRX.
3. Are you configuring the security NAT/ policies in the groups heirarchy or under normal security heirarchy.

It could be possible that the configuration changes are note getting to the PFE of the SRX from the RE after you commit it but gets there after the reboot.

Also instead of reboot could you try using the command "commit full " to force the RE and PFe to sync again and check if that also resolves the problem.

Please be informed that the above command will cause all your Dynamic Routing and IPSEC VPN to flap and hence judge the time accordingly to run this command.
